“You find out when you start doing outbound sales motions to people who don’t already know, like and trust you, you find out how good your offer is. 

“People want to buy certainty of outcome, more than anything else, they want to buy certainty of outcome. They’re still investing, they’re still spending, but they want to buy certainty of outcome.”
