At a special Live edition of Business Lunch with Roland Frasier, we had the honor of talking with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
His official bio is Austrian American actor, businessman, retired professional bodybuilder, and former politician who served as the 38th governor of California from 2003 to 2011. You may know him as The Terminator.
However you know him, Arnold has so much to offer to anyone looking to realize their dreams and goals.

Is Arnold Schwarzenegger A Self-Made Man?
As he explains in this episode, Arnold doesn’t like being referred to as a self-made man. He recognizes that he got to where he is today and accomplished what he has, with a lot of help along the way.
“So you need a lot of help to get where you want to and to accomplish your goals. And you have to recognize that and always thank everybody.” Schwarzenegger.
Arnolds 6 Principles To Live By
1. Have a Great vision, think Big.
“I didn’t just want to win the Mr. Universe title. I wanted to be the greatest bodybuilder of all time.” Schwarzenegger.
2. Break the Rules.
3. Don’t be afraid to fail.
“Losing is staying down. But failing something… you’re not a failure.” Schwarzenegger.
4. Don’t listen to the naysayers.
“I never listened to the naysayers. And I think this is one of the main things, the rules to success, is don’t listen to those people. They’re stressed, or there’s jealousy going on, or they’re giving you advice based on their little bird brains.” Schwarzenegger.
5. Work your ass off.
“The more you are tenacious, the more you force your way and force and force and force. The more you go through painful periods, the further you can go.” Schwarzenegger.
6. When you’ve made it, give back.
