Listen For

  •  The benefits of doing periodic challenges (or a ‘launch’).

Those challenges have really built our list, you know, when you do it right! What I love about a challenge (or a launch) is it creates a lot of groundswell, excitement, and enthusiasm for the message and what for you’re teaching”. Clint Salter

  • The various ways they have tested and delivered those challenges.
  • Why you should change your course content often!
  • What Clint would do differently if he were to start out again today.
  • The biggest challenge he has and what he’s done about it.
  • How he found his amazing Operations hire and the process that ensured that it would be successful.
  • Why you shouldn’t be afraid to employ full-time staff.

“There’s something about a full-time team member. And I know that that is scary for people, but I have loved bringing members on full time because you’ve got the majority of their week, and there’s a different level of energy, investment, and commitment.” Clint Salter

Clint’s Advice If you’re starting out!

1. Please don’t go out, do the photoshoot, get the new website, and spend all your money on it. You don’t need to do that. You need a landing page, you need great positioning, and you need to be able to help.

2. Get on the phone and talk to your customers. You just need to talk to people. You need to get on the phone and sell your program or sell your consulting. And as soon as you sell it, then you figure it out. You will figure it out when you work with people.

3. Understand who your target market is and niche down! Everyone has heard this, but people are still afraid. Pick it up and dive deep into that niche – and then serve them deeply, really deeply!
